The simple looking actor is slowly climbing the cinema steps. He first made an impression as a debut actor in Balaji Sakthivel’s ‘Kalloori’, opposite Tamannah. With that people thought he will be another unsung hero. But then came his second movie, ‘Vaalmiki’ which launched the pretty Keralite Meera Nandan. With this movie, Akhil grew on to show improved acting skills and reveals to be a promising actor.

Now, here is another of his forthcoming, which is yet to be titled action movie. The director is Thamizhvaanan, of ‘Kalvananin Kadhali’ and ‘Machakkaran’ fame. Behind the camera is Ritheesh, ex-associate of cinematographer Arthur D Wilson while Bharathwaj will handle the music.

While the search is still going for a suitable title, the movie has already come with a subtitle called Youth Hitler.

Hope with this movie Akhil sets his mark in the industry.
